Chris and Adam ticked every single box and then some. We had a full and half bath redesigned by a firm and the Hovan's work was impeccable. A couple of curve balls hit the project and their solutions were ingenious and took nothing away from the design aesthetic. We often talk about what room we'd like to tackle next and we know they'll be the team we call. That said, you don't have to take my word for it: their work speaks for itself. 

It was a pleasure working with Hovan Brothers Construction Group, LLC on our kitchen, dining room and family room remodel. Chris and Adam were extremely professional, flexible and accommodating; and they kept us well-informed throughout the project. We were extremely impressed with their level of skill, craftmanship and attention to detail, which is beautifully reflected in the finished product. So much so, that we asked them back to replace our deck. After helping us come up with a design, they built the new deck with minimal disruption to the surrounding yard and gardens, once again resulting in a beautiful finished product. We're thinking about our next home project and will be sure to call on Chris and Adam when we're ready to move forward! 

I first learned of Chris and Adam through Jonathan Gordon of Design by the Jonathans. I wanted to turn my uninviting (and at times gross) basement into a space with a home gym, half bath, and meditation room. I remember Jonathan telling me that the Hovan brothers were real craftspeople. He was absolutely right! I’ve worked with contractors before, but Chris and Adam surpassed the previous ones in terms of their care and attention to detail. Chris and Adam’s commitment to perfection is unparalleled. Friends who have seen the actual gym or pics of it marvel at their artisanship. I’ve had folks from London, Sweden, Greece, Amsterdam, Toronto, and the U.S. all say some version of “This is your home?!” Yes, and that gym won a HOBI (Home Builders Industry award) for the best home gym design in Connecticut. Can’t say enough good things about the Hovan brothers. They’re true artisans, and I’m looking forward to working with them again!

We hired Chris and Adam of HBCG in late 2023 to renovate our newly purchased 1971 home, and the outcome was transformational. The project began with demolition just one day after closing and included opening the floor plan, remodeling the kitchen and powder room, adding built-ins, relocating windows, refinishing hardwood floors, and more. HBCG also managed permitting and coordinated all trades, including HVAC, alarm, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
